Non-Member Integrative Consults
During an integrative consult visit, you can expect the following steps:
- Comprehensive Assessment: thorough review of your medical history, lifestyle, diet, exercise habits, mental and emotional health, and any current symptoms or health concerns. This may also include a physical examination.
- Discussion of Treatment Options: Will discuss a variety of treatment options that could include both traditional treatments (like medication or surgery) and complementary treatments (like herbal supplements, acupuncture, or yoga). The objective is to tailor a treatment plan that is personalized to your unique needs and preferences.
- Development of a Personalized Treatment Plan: The Practitioner will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your health concerns and supports your overall wellness. This plan may include a combination of treatments and may also address lifestyle modifications like diet and exercise.
- Follow-up and Adjustments: Depending on the nature of your health concerns, the Practitioner will schedule follow-up visits to monitor your progress and make adjustments to your treatment plan as needed.
- Remember, the goal of an integrative approach is to support your overall health and wellness, not just to treat specific symptoms or diseases. Therefore, this approach often emphasizes preventive care and lifestyle modifications that can improve your overall quality of life.
- Recommended primarily for patients that have another Primary Care Doctor
- Does not include urgent care or unlimited office visits
